Once a order has been placed, we aim to post the same or next day.
We post Royal mail signed for, due to deliveries being handled by a third party, once the item(s) have been posted it is out of our hands.
All prices are stated on the product, please note that even though the pictures may advertise complete outfits, the description will outline what the price includes.
We do not charge VAT.
If you are not satisfied with your order we can offer you an exchange or issue a credit note within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item(s) are in the same condition as when they were sold to you.
This does not include payment plans via Facebook.
The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and tags still attached.
Shoes must be in their original undamaged box as it is considered as part of the item.
Bows/diamantes and trims are delicate and for decoration only! Please wear with care. No liability for returns or exchange will be accepted.
Returns received outside the stated period will not be accepted.
